Your job gets a start date and a crew assigned to it. If weather or a prior job moves things, you hear it from us first.
03Frame
Floors, walls, roof
Floor system, wall framing, roof framing, sheathing and dry-in, in sequence, with the site cleaned every day.
04Inspect
Walk it with you
We walk the frame together before the framing inspection and fix anything you flag before the inspector sees it.
05Finish
Back for the finish
After drywall, the same crew returns for windows, doors, trim and floors. One point of contact for every phase we touch.
