Bid requests

Submitting the form does not create a contract or reserve a place on our schedule. We will respond to inquiries as quickly as we can, but we cannot guarantee a response time or that we will be able to take on every project.

Licensing and insurance

Allen Contracting, LLC is a licensed contractor in the State of Utah and carries general liability and workers compensation insurance. Certificates are available on request.

Intellectual property

The Allen Contracting name, logo and the text and design of this site belong to Allen Contracting, LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allen Contracting, LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Sevier County, Utah.
